We’re seasoned pros in the world of storage solutions, and when we started working with hospitals and healthcare organizations in the Midwest and beyond, we realized that storage in the healthcare world is different. Sure, all storage should make operations more efficient. Take advantage of your available footprint. Make day-to-day work easier to perform.
In healthcare, efficient storage means that everything runs efficiently. When nurses have the supplies they need at their fingertips — without having to go into a patient’s room multiple times — it means less risk of hospital-acquired infections. It means less steps in an already busy day. It means doing less minutiae and more checking in with the patients in their care. The same goes for all persons in a hospital. When you have what you need, when you need it, you’re able to do your job better.
We designed the FlowCARE Nurse Server cabinet first —
and after that, we concentrated on other solutions — catheter cabinets, workstations, and lockers — all personalized to healthcare environments. Our feeling is that patient-centric care can’t happen unless you’re taking care of the needs of healthcare workers first — and that’s our focus
Our Team & Facility
We’re based in Omaha, Nebraska: an ideal, central location to work with — and distribute to — facilities across the United States. Our 200,000 square-foot facility includes our own dedicated trucks, which means that when you partner with us, we’re designing, manufacturing, shipping, and delivering our goods directly to your job site.

Taylor’s been in the storage solutions industry since 2001 as the CEO of Midwest Storage Solutions. His innovative and creative thinking led to the invention of the patentedFlowCARE Nurse Server and the expansion of FlowCARE solutions line.

A cabinet isn’t just a cabinet in the healthcare world. It has to maximize space, it has to be designed for the people who will use it the most, and it has to be able to be easily cleaned and sterilized. We’ve created all of our storage solutions with this idea at the forefront — personalizing storage based on the person is the #1 priority.

Underneath the quiet, controlled spaces that hospitals and healthcare facilities create for the patients in their care, these environments are extremely busy places. Any storage or tracking solutions that we assist with needs to support that productivity and order — not take away from it. We know saving time whenever possible is key — which is why we focus on creating solutions that allow quick access without extra work or effort.
Safety and security is paramount.
Patients take themselves to healthcare facilities to improve their health, not worsen their situation. However, hospital-acquired infections can happen — and feel it’s part of our job to make sure a facility’s storage reduces that risk, not contributes to it. Our nurse server — and other solutions — can help nurses and other hospital personnel visit a room less frequently while still giving patients the care they need.
