The same personalized, organized storage for nurses — in your existing cabinetry or millwork
If you’re in need of better storage, but you already have cabinets from a recent renovation or remodel of your hospital facility, we can help.
We’ve worked with a number of clinics and hospitals on retrofit solutions that can take advantage of your existing furniture, while still making it easier for nurses and hospital staff to access and restock supplies.

Our Retrofit Process
Our priority for insert projects is the same as our pass-through and pull-out nurse servers — to make sure it’s as easy as possible for nurses and hospital staff to have the supplies and medications they need, when they need them — and to make sure we minimize work when it comes to restocking supplies — not add to it.
That’s why our partnership with you consists of these steps:
Partnership
Determining with architects, general contractors, owners, and staff members what a optimal solution looks like, and any specific requirements we need to consider
Design
Designing various interior options based on your cabinet sizes and requirements and, with client feedback, deciding on 1-2 options
Testing
Testing those options in the field by delivering prototypes of the inserts, making sure those using them the most can interact with the solution and give us feedback
Final Solution
Tweaking and delivering a final option based on that in-house feedback
Retrofit Success Story:
Omaha Hospital
When a new 330-bed hospital was built in our hometown of Omaha, Nebraska, the built-in millwork had already been purchased and installed in the new patient rooms. With the ICU’s “go-live” date quickly approaching, we worked with the hospital’s project management team to keep their supplies organized and safe in their existing cabinets.
